HELLO MY COUNTRY!

So, basically I am here for two things:
1. Sweden has seen a MAJOR influx of middle eastern immigrants due to the wars in that region, so primarily Turkish food (Turkey has also been a longstanding ally of Sweden) and the Middle Eastern kitchen in general is something he would probably be adept at cooking.

AND NOW, FOR HISTORY.
Finding a correct age for Sweden is really tough. I mean REALLY tough. Our history is very vague and goes back a long way, but I can tell you this: Sweden as a nation did NOT exist during the Viking Age. The vikings lived in the nation that would become Sweden, but they are not considered 'part' of Sweden's history as an existing nation (So if Sweden would 'de-age' he would not be a viking, is basically what I'm saying).

Sweden comes from Svea Rike, the Realm of the Svea, which is the name of a tribe that became the most powerful and uniting force in early, early Swedish history. Depending on what historian you ask our first king was either Olof Skötkonung, who ruled in the 10th century, or Birger Jarl (Jarl actually meaning "The closest man to the king/Royal Advisor". He didn't stay an advisor for very long, so to speak), who was the first king who really brought law, order and unity to the realm in the 13th century.

BUT: for simplicity's sake, we may as well go with 993, the year Olof Skötkonung was elected king of Svea Rike. Because that way you can brag more about your age.
