Webster tube closure?

I heard a rumor that the tube was closed (today) - anyone know what's going on with that, have more information... can tell me whether it's the posey or the webster tube?

i saw a post from someone on facebook stating that the webster street tube is closed. beyond that, i can't say.

we drove through the Posey around 10:45, it was backed up and stopped briefly but we got through. Came back through the Webster awhile after noon, not backed up at all. There is tons of flooding on the right when you come out though, watch out.
