Firefox Personas
I'm currently obsessed with Personas on the latest version of Firefox. I put up a poll earlier today asking who uses what browser, partially because I wanted to see if sharing the Personas I've made was worth it. I'm still not sure if it is, but I'm going to try.
Currently I haven't uploaded any to Firefox for public use, so to use these you need to download the zip file, open it and save the images to your computer. Then install it as if this was your own design. Once you have the Persona's option installed (it's free) to install the persona you want:
# Click on the little fox on the bottom left of your computer screen and click on "Preferences"
# Ensure the box "Show Custom Persona in Menu" is checked and close the box.
# Click on the little fox again. Mouse over "Custom" in the menu and to the right find and click "Edit"
# Build your Persona using the upload fields and additional settings
I'm asking you guys to let me know if these that I've made are worth loading to FireFox as a whole...and/or if they are worth continuing to share here.
I've currently made 9 Personas, and have tested them all in my browser (apparently my footer is A LOT smaller than the average/their recommend, and my header is too, but not by as much - Mine are made to their specifications). Samples of the headers/footers are behind the cut along with a link to download the files (Photobucket and tinypic shrink them)
