Lucky arrived as a surprise present from Sez today. How thoughtful she is! Chikorita is my favourite Pokemon and he is the right size for photos with the dolls (bonus!)
Micro was a present from Mum I received last year we were apart.
After I redressed Manaka on the weekend I was going to take her photo yesterday but it was soaking outside.
I thought they both are too wonderful for just photos.
Manaka: Nice to sit here quietly now isn't it Micro?
Micro: *squeak*
Manaka: what is it?
Chikorita rustles in the bushes.
Manaka: Oh gosh! A pokemon, and it looks hurt!
Manaka goes outside.
Manaka sits quietly as not to spook the Chikorita.
Chikorita: Chik-ee?
Manaka: It's okay. I won't hurt you.
Chikorita comes closer.
Chikorita: Chik-ee? Chik-ee?
Manaka: You look like you have a sore leg, I can look after you.
Chikorita: Chik-ee!! Chika!
Chikorita licks Manaka's face.
Manaka smiles.
Manaka: Don't worry, we are friends now right?

Manaka feeds Chikorita some pellets.
Everyone knows in our tiny cul-de-sac that me outside with dolls is no big deal. It's for photos. I must of looked weird trying to get Manaka to stay upright with a Pokemon peering out of my pocket though *giggle*
