Last week, London went
KABOOM!
I bet more then half of you didn't know that.
Know why?
Because the American barely skimmed over it.
Reasoning?
No one was hurt or died.
Fortunatly.
But, how sick is that?
Very.
The story....
Last Sunday, 3 million gallons of oil randomly caught fire and exploded in a suburb outside of London.
The blast shook the ground for miles, and was even measured on the richter scale.
The smog caused by the fire closed schools throughout the London area and people stayed indoors as the sut hoovered over the region. It can even be seen from space.
Worst of all, it didn't make NY Times' front page.
That kind of upsets me, actually.
Being a prospect for a journalism major, I hate to see when my nation's media field becomes outwardly corrupt. Just because there are no deaths, it's not valid reporting? How did we sink so low? The blast affected millions of people. It inevidably going to make their gas prices sky rocket.
I will change the world. Just watch me.
Shoot, I have to go. My TV teacher is making me write the show for tomorrow's broadcast. I'm done ranting.
And in all honesty, I have no idea why I'm ranting.
Explaination for happiness: My 18th birthday is in 2 days and the aweeesommmeee weekend I had with a British hunk. <3
Anyways, peace out, errrbody.
