Escuela y amor y etc.
After plenty of days of unjustified heat, today is finally a good and decent day. Summer is almost over, although my summer starts next week. School will be out, and I’m giddy as a schoolgirl about trying to get the creative writing fiction class next quarter. If I do, my schedule will be perfect. Just writing and math in the mornings, and then I have all afternoon to work at a second job quite possibly. I was talking to Kristy last night and she suggested that I find a second job so that I could save up money to move out. If Starbucks didn’t make icky coffee I could work there, but I’d rather not. (Vince, you find a job too.)
After Vince turns eighteen, the two of us are going to achieve our permits. I really hope that I can get my license before Fall quarter starts. It’d make it so much easier to get to class and then work. I wouldn’t have to depend on a bus schedule. And I could see my friends more.
I’m disappointed that I failed my photography class. It wasn’t a good idea to have a full schedule of classes right after graduation. I predict that I’ll do much better in autumn. I should if my busy schedule works out.
Highlights: I can buy cigarettes for myself legally on Friday. I can finally play The Sims. I can finally write. I can open a bank account on Friday. My room will finally get cleaned. I may just buy a coffee maker since my other one forgot how to do his job. (Silly coffee maker, the water belongs in the pot and not the counter surface)
I'm reading a lot more. It's so fun. :)
I decided, sadly, that I won't plan to move out until I have another steady job with plenty of money in the bank so I don't have to make sacrificing choices such as obtaining a lap top or a cell phone.
