overview
.. and I'm writing here less and less - Walter called me "busy Steering Team member" but it's just a joke and not the main reason of being busy.
ST is about "Passion to action". But there is no work yet, so it doesn't make me more busy, just a bit more happy :)
Besides this great thing which happened to me in last 2 weeks - I has been selected for Global Steering Team 1O/11 - I have still my current MC life, which is full of mess and virtual things as spreadsheets, mails, googlegroups, skypemeetings... and I'm not in Macedonia for more than 2 months in a row. OMG. No more comments about it, just simply tired of visa issues.
One more visa process to add - to get visa for the Netherlands in order to get to Rotterdam in May. ST meeting is gonna be one of the most desireble experiences in my AIESEC life - finally Rotterdam, finally AI office, finally people (a lo of ppl from TMU are there..), finally... many things :)
And also MCP life which already started and takes constantly a lot of energy and time - MC team selection, MCP chats, Action Learning team, webinar with Hugo and LEAD platform itself, TCS, transition, communication, building the network.... yeah, smb said that MCP term is 18 months. That's right!
Well, and the biggest thing (not by priority but by level of energy and involvement needed) is my lovely Competency Lab in Global TMU. Of course I love it but sometimes I feel like without me nothing is moving there. If Anya doesn't say smth - nobody say smth. If Anya doesn't ask, nothing is moving by itself. And I need it to move by itself. I have 3 months more and I'll be damn busy in summer... but still, it's one of the greatest experiences and greatest achievements in all these 5 years. Defnitely.

and actually, the thing I like the most - all these things are about having connection with GLOBAL level. International XP, diverse teams, meetings with AIESEC International, reviewing Global Support Teams structure and leading global project, being MCP of another country, selecting people from different countries in my future team... the only sad thing about it - humans still didn't invent teleportation :P
maybe later on I'll wonder what was happenng if I wasn't writing in my blog for 2 weeks and this post will remind me these crazy days.
