Grace needs a place to live, do you have a place and need a grace to live?
I am looking for a place in the Newtownesq area, my preferred budget is around $150 a week though I can probably stretch to $180 if need be. I'm not fussy about anything really, cats, dogs, new or old, party house or sensible land, short or long term stay, it's all good in the grace hood, but I would like to move pronto! :)
Conversely dave is looking for a new housemate in erskineville to share his 2 bedroom semi on union St, right near the impy hotel and numerous deli's and wine bar, $230 a week, must like cats and muzac, and be reasonably sensible on weeknights.
