I have the hardestt ime finding this information in the memories of the community posts. It's usually buried in comments or the title of the post is misleading. So I am making a post of my own to put nito memories so I can always find it.
less than 150 pounds: 18-23 points
150 to 174 pounds: 20-25 points
175 to 199 pounds: 22-27 points
200 to 224 pounds: 24-29 points
225 to 249 pounds: 26-31 points
250 to 274 pounds: 28-33 points
275 to 299 pounds: 29-34 points
300 to 324 pounds: 30-35 points
325 to 349 pounds: 31-36 points
more than 350 pounds: 32-37 points
We also have 8 Steps to a Healthy Weight:
1. Pay attention to serving size.
2. Choose at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
3. Choose at least 2 servings of milk and milk products a day (3 if you're a teen or over 50).
4. Include protein-rich foods in your diet.
5. Choose a variety of grains daily, especially whole grains.
6. Limit alcohol, high-sugar and high-fat foods.
7. Drink at least 6 glasses of water every day.
8. Insure your nutritional well-being by taking a multiple vitamin-mineral supplement every day.
