A couple of weeks ago I pulled my first all-nighter, and then cried had my first emo break down at school, after my drafting teacher pretty much told me to drop the course because she thought I was going to fail.

And then I came home!

The weekend started off with my long lost Tia Norah, whom I haven't seen since I was in Argentina thirteen years ago.  When she saw me, she held my face in her hands and said over and over,  "Mi nena! Mi nena!"  I pretty much died.

Mother left us alone to cook dinner, which was a challenge because I know all of ten words in Spanish, and Tia Norah's English is a bit shaky.  There was a lot of, "Si? Quanto? Es bueno?"  But it was fun. We made picadillo, the traditional way.

On Friday I went out to the Temple for champagne with these two.

Then Plan B happened.

I can't even get over this kid.

Bibi, I love that when I got home I found one of those blue oil sheets in my pocket. It made me laugh and laugh. And then be sad a little.

Visiting happened.

And ReBar!  Oh, how I miss ReBar..... And Lindsay.

Old work peeps.  We saw Saw |||.

Pumpkin carving actually made me so happy.  Mine turned out Asian (I can't help it; I live in Richmond).

They don't do this in Argentina.

Other than that, my weekend was filled with a lot of this:

I hate being away from my island.

On the bright side, last Thursday was the fashion show at The Yale, which was short but good - there were male models, forgeign female models with names like Olga, a rail-thin model who actually apologized to me for eating, and lots of drinking and dancing.

My fashion family!

I also finally got together with Victoria people.  We went to Theset, and Spencer broke out his homework in the midst of a crowd of PR preteens.

Also, my computer crashed on Friday, and I found out that it had a fucking virus and had to have everything on it erased.  I had to bus the tower downtown.  Me on the bus with my computer?  Not the best.  But obviously its OK now and they managed to save all my documents and pictures, but not my internet favourites which is irritating, since I had over 100 apparel companies on their, which I now have to hunt down again for my Apparel Research Binder due in 1.5 weeks.

And on that note!
