Mei's leaving shocked me...
Just 2 days ago, mei called me in the office and told me that she had sold the center off to a new peson to takeover....i was absolutely10x upset..WHY???
1. Beacuse since the takeover we were goin tru lotsa mixed feeling people come and go...there was an uncertainty..
2. She build a bond and trust with all of us and put in so much investment and effort to set the centre up...
3. She gave me so much oppurtunity to grow and learn even within a short perid of 8 mths...she never fails to encourage me thus, i gain my self autonomy to play my role as a senior and
Lasty...
4. i look up to her as a mentor leader ....
HR came and we had a meeting and we broke down..it was a sad meeting...
we didn't expect to cry ..but we did .
Well hopefully wendy will stay she is great and we had reach full capacity and thats a great achievement for the center...
