such is life
i had the day off and i was going to go to the city, hit the whitney biennial, sell cds to buy clothes at h&m, spy on food not bombs, meet some kid i met on myspace, go to a cheap vegetarian dinner benefit for books through bars, and perhaps, just PERHAPS! go to a club and dance if it was within my budget! instead: jess' car ended up in the shop, we split the cost since she lets me use it so often. but i had to ride my bike to borders to pick up my paycheck and wait around for a few hours till her car was ready to be picked up since she dropped it off next to borders. by the time i got home the next train would have been too late, so i didnt go and i made plans to hang with a friend in town instead, and the plans with her fell through too! i could have taken my bike to this gallery nearby which was having an artists forum, but i realized that i left my bike in the car which jessica had at work. silly me! so i just sat here online all night. but im feeling surprisingly good nonetheless. today i picked up wonder showzen season 1 dvd and the people's history of the united states with my borders gift card. i also received spring, summer, fall, winter... and spring from netflix today, which ill probably go watch now.
