Well I had an amazing time this weekend!
Friday - After my global midterm we went to pick up Emily and went to Kinnus. Saw Letty. I was so happy! We waited for Jenna who came really late. Services. Icebreakers. Dinner. Club stuff. Chug. I went to choir. Learned a song. Did some stuff. Stuff I forgot. More stuff. Went back to the house. HUGE house. Amazing. And the Molinskys are SO cool! They were really nice. We stayed up telling fun stories and playing Never Have I Ever and eating chex mix. We went to sleep around 3:30.
Saturday - Woke up late, showered, ate yummy waffles, and went to temple. Jenna's skirt was too short so she had to wear a trashbag. Dana prettied it up with her rhinestone hair thing. It was hot. Had services and lunch. Then sicha, club stuff, more sicha, other stuff that I don't remember the order of. Whatever it was it was fun. Because it's always fun. Skip some stuff that don't matter then Havdalah. We were running late so we did it in the big room we were in instead of the temple. Someone had a 6ish page story and everyone was anxious to go back to their houses so a couple pages in someone blew out his candle. It was pretty funny. Then we did all the fun singing and we swayed in a circle. It was a broken circle though bc Little Dana didn't want to put her arm around Corey. She's like "whats the point of this" and I'm like "it's supposed to be spiritual - hold corey" It was fun stuff. Then we went back to our host homes. I showered again. Oh my lord the shower in the parent's bathroom was so amazing. Just...wow. it was so nice. Hehe. I wore my new purple and black shirt and jeans. It was perdy. We cut up Jenna's trash bag and each wore a piece. We talked to Steve and Darren and they said they weren't coming bc they weren't gonna be able to get in. So we were sad for about 5 minutes. Yea...then we went to the dance and apparently they DID show up and Letty ran and hugged Corey but then they were kicked out so she didn't even get to hug Darren (her boyfriend). Well it was worth a shot. Mandi sucks. I was in a bad mood till I had a giant cup of M & Ms. Then I had fun the rest of the dance. We stayed up telling stories for a while then went to sleep.
Sunday - Woke up hella late to the screaming of Rebecca-WAKE UP WAKE UP GET DRESSED NOW etc. Ate bagels for breakfast. Got to temple 45 minutes late. Then breakfast, info on USY High and other programs. Then Israel program. Saw a movie from ecamp of the Israel Day Parade and I cried bc I miss it so much. Then leaving and crying. Lots of crying. The End.
