Goals for the Next Two Weeks
Get back on skin care regimen
Get off the soda again (It's making me have caffeine crashes, and also aggravating my bladder, to be quite honest.)
Drink enough water/herbal tea
Cook either lunch or dinner each day
Make a meal plan for each week and stick with it, so grocery shopping is easier and more effective
Use Sparkpeople.com everyday to count calories
While Mike is away:
Rid house of evil foods and cleaning products
Finish painting sunroom
Plant landscape flowers
Clean house
Do all laundry by self
Give Charlie bath
Get haircut
And the biggest challenge of all: No fast food for TWO WHOLE WEEKS! 5/6-5/20! I want to try this and see what happens. I rely too much on quick snacks from McD's or Burger King on my work breaks. The only exception will be driving through to get some tea if I'm really thirsty. I'm just concerned about the food.
