Casualties and Certainties
I awoke this morning, went into the bathroom, and found one of my pepper plant mini-green houses on the floor! It was traumatic. A few of the sprouts were beyond repair, but I was able to salvage most of them; I hope they'll survive the incident. :P We suspect it was one of the cats that knocked them off of the window sill but we can't press charges.
Well, this isn't really common knowledge, in fact only my closest friends know, but Mike and I decided a couple months ago that we want to someday adopt. (Someday! Not for a few years! So don't ask me 90 million questions about it. We want to spend time together just being married right now.) Today I spent quality time with my little niece and I really felt in my heart that I want to adopt a little girl someday. So I told Mike and he was like, okay.
