Walk- through [For Anya and anyone else who may be interested]
Having discussed the attributes of the neighborhood and the building he's looking at for his dojo with Anya, Duncan has arranged for a walk-through with the realtor. He's invited Anya along, hoping to continue to mend fences but also because she's more familiar with the area and should(?) be able to let him know whether or not the asking price is fair - provided the building suits.
He shows up at the Magic Box II at one o'clock, as promised, feeling cheerful. Or at least, not quite so defensive. He's settled down from the initial shock of being bombarded with too much, too soon.
He smiles at Anya, and nods to the young man behind the counter. He looks familiar, but Duncan can't quite place him.
"Ready to go?"
