Woah.  That's intense.  I'm not sure what that merger will mean for the future of hardware, but all kinds of wonderful scenarios are dancing around in my head.

And what a price tag!  5.4 billion, mostly in cash?!  Insane.  Maybe they should rename their company AMTI or something?
