For deense specifically, as she is the biggest Kitty Pryde fan I've ever known and - by extension - the biggest Kitty/Piotr shipper.
I believe this is the last issue in the Joss Whedon storyline. I think it ended a bit abruptly, but not poorly. Whedon planted plenty of seeds during his run on the book and I'm interested to see how most of them shape up in future issues.
I'm not sure who is up next for Astonishing X-Men, but I have high hopes for the book in general.
