Honda Kiku is a relatively friendly man. Really, he's approachable and even a bit shy it seems, and is very good with the students at the school...
Until you do something wrong. He has a list with all third offenders (guess whose names are at the top?) typed and in his office, and if you're there for punishment the atmosphere is entirely different. He is not the cheerful (old) man we've come to know and love. He's the strict head master that his reputation is cut out for. He had the strict upbringing of an old fashioned home (and well, his parents were Japanese as well, you figure out how that one works out) and treats the students in his school as such.
It's just disappointing that beatings are illegal.
So please, if you have a question stop in and don't be afraid to ask. If you've been called here on offense-- then I wouldn't be very excited.
