Hi, could you please tell me the shipping to Germany for:

Hello, the battery on my scale is dead so I'm unable to weigh at home, I estimate the weight of the four items to be about a pound which USPS.com quotes $16.75 for International First Class. This seems a bit high though, so I'm going to double check the weight and postage tomorrow. :)

Hello again, it seems that the shipping price is going to be about $13. The books are about 4 pounds 2 oz without packaging.
