crazy 2 wks for work
it's been quite eventful at work these past two weeks..
- two fridays or so ago the back door, in which we have to buzz people in, did not close from the outside. cost: ~$250
- last saturday, i walk in at around 9:50am to find that there is a leak in the one hallway that originated from a leaking water heater. cost:~$1000
- TODAY charlie told me that there was an accident at the santa monica location at like 4am this morning. apparently, a drunk driver rear-ended a lady at 17th and santa monica and tried to run away by turning onto 19th. he missed the street and crashed right into the door of the store at the corner. i was told this guy already had a history of DUI and the car wasn't even really his to take on this lovely drive out on the town. and chico, the co-owner, wasn't gonna go down to the store to see what was up when he got the call from the security company. haha. cost~$1034829854704958094572.
