I hate waiting...
Well the NBA Job fair this past weekend was an unbelievable experience. Tiring and stressful but unbelievable. It is really hard hearing from the people who I became "friends" with have already gotten offers from some of the teams I interviewed for. The main interviews I got from this weekend, including today, was Charlotte, Seattle, Boston, Denver and Golden State. I have heard, through email, that Golden State is a "no." I don't like the idea that they did say no but to do it through email is just plain wrong. The teams that I have heard that are offering offers already are Seattle and Golden State. I haven't heard Charlotte yet but they said they were going to call people starting last Saturday night. I am extremely nervous and like sales, I would rather hear a "no" then nothing. As much a "no" will hurt, at least I can "move on" like I am doing with Golden State. My biggest fear is that I will get no offers and won't know what to do next.
