DONUTS!

This week is Art Review week so I haven't had Why America Looks This Way to update this thing. Paid my parking ticket today. Bah. 25 dollars for parking in a lot I've parked in since October. Bah. Screw Northern. I decided not to contest it like I was originally going to do...because they'd just make me pay it anyway. (Random quote associated with this decision: me: I don't like confrontation. nick: know who else doesn't like confrontation? China.) Got Subway for lunch today and registered for classes. Thumbs up Northern for giving your art students 3 different web browsers so they can try to figure out which one works for registration. Loved that. Class today was super boring. Always is. Ummm...got my little problem fixed w/ Professor Graves...I marked down my SSN wrong. Bah. Yesterday...went snowboarding w/ Nick. That was fun but the hill is getting so terrbile. Melting. Grr. I hate the springtime. The warmer it gets the closer I get to losing my two best friends in the whole world. Took a super awesome pic of Nick riding the ski lift. Okay, so it was only super awesome after I edited the giant radio tower and one of the rails out of it. But still. It is now my desktop photo. Yay. Hrm. For some reason I've been missing Jason really bad today. I'm not sure why. We haven't had one of our super long talks in a LONG time. I really miss those, too. I hope I can get to see him this summer when I'm back on the East Coast. Maybe Welbilt will be playing in Baltimore and we can meet him there. That would be nice. Kill two birds with one stone. See Jason AND see Welbilt play. Althought it WOULD be nice to go back to DC. That's the only city I actually like. OH! Played soccer for the first time in EONS on Monday. Good Lord! It was awesome. Nobody on our team has really ever played before...except me and Amy I think...maybe the Boy With Orange Hair (Jeremy?). We got stuck playing a team that seemed to be made up of parts of the guys' soccer team. (Super hott!) I kicked ASS between the posts. Let in 3 goals...one was a PK though. I ALMOST had it, too. Got a palm on it, but the guy who kicked it had quite a bit of power behind it so I just ended up deflecting it into the net. Bah. Not bad for being so rusty though. I wish we could play them again. By the end of the game I was really getting my feet back under me. I ended up on some guy's back going for a high crossed ball. Dove at their feet a few times. God, it was fun. I love soccer so much. I missed it so bad.

Side note: The guys are super ornery tonight, but I think they've calmed down.

English tomorrow. Gonna get back our Short Stories...I'm anxious to see what I got on mine. Snowboarding? Perhaps. The guys went today without me. *gasp* What jerks! Oh yeah...cause I was bored Sunday? night...and Rule of the Bone has gotten me to really be interested in the whole white-guy-with-dreadlocks kind of thing....I searched for some pictures on google and came up with www.supyo.com. AMAZING site. That kid Jason...super awesome and SO adorable! I IMed him tonight to tell him I liked his site. Not much was said. Oh well. Ya know. Bah. Wow I'm super random tonight. We have one more piece of writing due in English and it's our choice. I was feeling super bummed yesterday about losing Dan and Nick...and did a fair share of crying and writing...and what came out of it is the PERFECT idea for my paper. A descriptive essay of our friendship. You know...taking all these abstracts of a friendship...touch, smell, sound, taste, etc...and making them into THINGS. Like...our friendship LOOKS like the two them asleep on the couches in the study room and other such nonesense. I need a back massage.
