Car Accident.
So yea tonight I got into a major car accident. Well kinda. My car only has minimal damage to it. The whole thing will probably run me around 500ish. But the guy who hit me, and he hit me, not the other way around, his car is totalled. So heres the story. I was driving to Island 16 and I missed the entrence. So I start slowing down put my blinker on and start trying to get into the lane that will bring me to nicolls. Well some stupid ass hits my back bumper, spins us around hits the back bumper again and totalled his car. It seems pretty clear and simple as to who's to fault. But the stupid ass COPE who responded has the nerve to tell me that it's my fault. Apparently you're not allowed to slow down on the service road. So he gave me a ticket for 90 bucks, which is nothing. But the thing is if I plead guilty then the guy who hit me, will try and sue and then I have a big chance of losing. So I'd be fucked. so now I'm probably going to have to go to court and fight this, which I think I can definately win. But it's just going to suck now. So thats my night, and thats why it sucked. btw my head really hurts.
