Jimmy's not getting out Today
Ok there are a lot of rumors flying already. I was there. The judge said "i sentence you to 7 months in the County Jail with credit for 69 days." Then I was happy. He's not going to prison. Whew. Then they started to take him out of the court room and they stopped and made him wait. I stayed. Whats going on I wondered? After they sentenced like 10 other people they brought Jimmy before the judge again. To arraign him for Probation violation. The Max sentence is 5 years in jail. so where as before I thought we could all count down with him now we have to wait for the same judge to sentence him for this. February 14th at 1:15. So that's what I know. Keep writting him and sending him pics and cards and things he's there at least untill then. Those praying please keep it up he's not out of the woods yet.
