Also, whenever I think about Oofuri, I get really happy and excited and stuff. @_@ I'm in love with this series. I seriously will probably watch it again. I'm also reading the manga, and the art is a little bad, but it's easy to get used to. It could definitely be worse.
And because of Oofuri, Marelle and I have a new love for baseball! Once baseball season starts, in the Spring, we're gonna go and watch our school's baseball team. (Have I already said this before? I. . . can't remember.) And Marelle says she doesn't really like MLB, but I personally am looking for a team to support. I don't want one that obviously wins all the time, like the Rays or something. I wanna like the members of the team, ya know? And the battery has to be super close, like BFFs.
WHICH BRINGS ME TO THE FACT THAT I CAN'T STOP COMPARING BATTERIES TO THE NISHIURA BATTERY. Skill wise, I mean. I've only seen a couple of pitchers, but none of them are as good as Mihashi. None of them appear to desire the mound like Mihashi did. And none of them seem to have the control that Mihashi did, either. And it doesn't look like the catchers are strategizing and assessing the batters, like Abe always was. /whine
