EDIT:
THINK POSITIVE MEME BRING ON THE PRAISE. \o/
So my friend Sarah, the Asian, writes Naruto fanfic, right? And I read some of her stuff and point out mistakes to her. Of course, she's too pig-headed to ever listen to me, but I've never really let it effect me too much because I am better than that.
But today. . . I dunno. It was the straw that broke the camel's back, I guess?
"Conversely, to the show of fury Sasuke anticipated, Suigetsu merely kept a blank expression."
I said to her, "Sarah, that's not really how you're supposed to use 'conversely', ya know. Why don't you use 'contrary' instead?" And she proceeded to tell me to, pretty much, fuck off, because no one else had said anything about it, and she would keep it the same, no matter what I said or did. And I raged pretty hardcore.
I admit, it was a petty thing to get so upset over, but it's not even that she wouldn't change it. It's that she never listens to me, even though I'm right more often than not, especially when it comes to grammar. There would have been absolutely no adverse effects in listening to me; she just didn't want to do it, even though it would have taken her, at most, five seconds to change.
tl;dr: FUCK YOU TOO, SARAH.
LOL KAY WE'RE BFFS AGAIN \o/
