Life
Well, I can't believe it's actually Thursday, cause it still feels like Wednesday. But yesterday was actually a lot of fun. I came home and slept until about 5:30pm, and then went to Travel practice at 6pm. My mom wanted me to stay home cause I was sick, but I'm glad I did go cause it helped clear out my sinuses a little. But yeah, at practice my coach called me over and said that tomorrow (today) Rochelle and I were gonna go with Varsity to their last game and play with them at Districts. I was OK with it, but when I told my mom she was mad cause she knows I'm sick and wanted to schedule a doctor's appointment for today. So I guess I'm gonna have to go deaf in one ear at school until the weekend. But back to the topic, I found out yesterday that my JV and Travel ball coaches are gonna be Varsity coaches next year with the current Varsity coach, which means I AM gonna try out next year. I wasn't going to if the current coach was there, but now that he's not the only Varsity coach, I'm definitely moving up. So I can't wait for that. I'm gonna practice really hard over the summer. Even though I'm gonna have Travel through the summer into almost the middle of the fall, I'm gonna try to practice or work out every day, and even go to the batting cage once a week. That way I'll be ready for Varsity and Travel ball next year. Which has got me thinking. I think I'm gonna play softball in college (Division III). Not only cause I like it and it'll keep me in shape, but because I may be able to get a little or even half scholarship from it. And right now with all the stuff going on at home I could really help out and get that scholarship so I can lessen the price of college for my parents. I dunno, I'll figure it out.
