Just a quick question regarding several YouTube videos:
Is it really appropriate to make a "music video" consisting of a random song and a dab of other peoples' art? Do they think it's okay to take a random picture found on pixiv or deviantART or wherever, and put it in their videos? Even if they give credit?
Sure, they might have asked the artists for permission, but most of them (the video posters) can probably not speak Japanese, and most of the drawings are made by people on a Japanese website, so my doubts are high.
I dunno, it just struck me and I felt like asking anyone who feels like answering.
