My darling girl, thank you so, so much for what you did - I don't know if they let you know what happened but they called at the house and insisted I went with them to the hospital. I got checked and assessed and someone's coming to see me tomorrow.

Just as well I got home because Millie the wanderer somehow got out into the front garden and couldn't get back into the house. Bloody animals, eh?

Fucking tribunal went against me and I wasn't sure if the temporary booze and painkillers to help me through the night would allow me to see morning, so...

As is was, I didn't even have time to take any tablets.

I can't thank you enough - I knew you were wonderful but doing that for me was just light years beyond wonderful - I never expected anything like that. Thank you so very, very much.

Of course, seeing Robin would have been some consolation, I suppose, but I'm not that far down the road to madness yet! What an awful shock.

They did call me back and let me know you were safe, and that they'd bundled you into a black mariah and taken you away!
