Summary: James and Sirius weren't stalkers, really. They just wanted to get to know what sorts of things Lily and Remus liked, and that was a bit challenging when the two girls had a tendency to hex them, well, any time they opened their mouths, even to ask such an innocent question! So it was perfectly reasonable that they should get James's Invisibility Cloak and do some reconnaissance...

When I read this prompt, of course this was the image that immediately popped into my mind, the moment that James and Sirius discover something new about the girls they are crushing on. Also, I threw in James's last line for funsies; I know this prompt was femslash/het, and so it really is intended solely as a throwaway joke line.
