Hi, Neighbor. Wait, I can still see you.

I grew up in a family of highly-mobile types, small town squatters in other families' unsalable homes: we were Renters ( Read more... )

Oh, I HEARD YOU. Blasphemer. mwittier October 31 2005, 05:30:46 UTC
Eccchh. First off, peach anything smells like garbage. I'm not even thrilled that peaches smell like peaches. I'm actually a little upset that they've redesigned Fresca packaging graphically, let alone that they're making mutant strains of the stuff.

Love in a Puff: if by 'around here' you mean near you and your murderous ways, well, maybe, but only maybe. If you mean in your geographic region/meterological zone, well, ppppfffff. I am sending you some seeds (in their puffs, no less, because it's so much fun to get them out, like popping bubble wrap) and I GUARANTEE that if you stick the sweet-looking, heart-adorned little fuckers in the soil, they'll grow. And if you have bees or butterflies, they'll make puffs. They're that easy to grow. They climb (they're vines, after all) but they're annuals, so they won't go crazy. You can grow them in a pot, or right in the ground. Have some faith in Puffs, let alone Love. In. A.

In what way are you a gullible log? And did you mean that you don't like being one, or being represented as one? Hmm?

So that's a NO on the free Fresca, then? superdilettante October 31 2005, 17:17:55 UTC
Evidently my sleeping style (link provided by elevatorride) is that of a log, and one of the characteristics of logs is that they are gullible and trusting. Imagine me sleeping on my back, arms straight down, drooling, making a sound that sounds a little like "Durrrrrrrrr"... Well. It's just not very flattering.

As for the Love-In-A-Puff, well, they just look so tender and sweet and like our sunshine (which is hotter than your sunshine, yes, it is) would fry them into little fried brown balls. But I will plant them in the nice newly turned clayey loam (thank you sir) and report back to you. That is, when I get around to turning over that clayey loam.
