Last challenge extension

Due to the low number of entries and the fact I'd neglected the challenges in Janaury because of a mix of new year flu and convention craziness, I'm issuing one last extension to both challenges.

Challenge 7 prompt battle submissions is now February 19th.

Challenge 8 AU deadline is now February 15th.
