So far I'm continuing to average 2-3 days a week of walking part way to work. Might drive in the morning, then get home via a combination of the bus and walking. Bus and walk in, and drive home...
I can tailor the walk from a minimum of a mile, my usual of about 2.5 miles, up to 7 miles if I walk the whole way. I try to also get an evening walk in with Dana at some point, and often some more activity during the weekend.
