I'm excited because Bruce set our old TV in our room, and while I've always been against that, I really really really wanted to watch the inauguration and without another TV set up in a different room that would NOT happen (I'd be up against munchkins wanting to watch Blue's Clues). it's an awesome moment. jessalyn was home sick and so i let her come lay on the couch and watch him being sworn in and now we're watching his speech together. we had a nice conversation about the significance of being able to see the first african-american president being sworn in and then jessalyn announced to me that she wants to be the first female president :)
