Small Victories
I'm learning to celebrate the small moments rather than allowing the overall flow of the day to crush me. Mostly. I was about as crushed as I could get today and then I decided to just take it moment by moment (day by day was just too much for me right now, laugh if you want). Anyway, right now is one of those moments. It's 20 min before bedtime and they are playing with each other nicely. (Photographic proof beneath the cut because I know you so don't believe me tigrrgrr )
We ended up going to the zoo rather than TITP today because Connor asked to and we had fun! The rest of the day was rough...really rough...but I'm focusing now on moments. Connor dancing when the pizza got here and cheering. Both boys playing together right now. Focus focus focus! :)
