Tomorrow we're going to Turkey!
D1 is having a great few weeks, with school and work and all coming together just right. It's so nice to hear her be so cheerful after her dark period this summer..... D2 is thinking about buying a house *pause to remember what I was doing at that age...yup, buying a house*. How grown up they are!
K and I attended a lecture today on Florence Nightingale and the history of Medevac and Warrior Nursing. This last is a noun, as opposed to nursing warriors, which is a verb, if you get my meaning.
