the 30 hour famine
THe 30 hour famine was the most incredible experience so far in my life. it was totally amazing. There are literally no words for it. And the Germantown Soup Kitchen was incredible...absolutly crazy. I would love to do it again. and why do we eat SO much?? i fasted for 30 hours and was barely hungry until 2 hours before the end. Wow. why do i eat every 4 hours? why?? i'm not hungry ever and people around the world (and near by) are starving. omg. I mad an amazing connection with some thing over the 30 hours too. It was powerful. I can't exactly type about it..its not the same. if you're interested, talk to me. please, i would love to share this experience with you.
i can't eat without thinking about how much i'm eating...ever..or do anything without thinkging about it.
