Happy New Year, Shanah Tova to all and sundry(still within the ten day limit). One of my favorite things about being Jewish is that we have many holidays and festivals with wonderful food traditions. Our housemate Cheryl's Mom sent me honeycake and knishes (yum). This is the time of year that reminds me to have new resolutions not ala January new year but to take small steps to being a better person. That is still a work in progess : )

On CBC radio tonight they mentioned that it is the twentyfifth anniversary of the emoticon.
