Work, plumbing and more
Trying to get into the office tomorrow for the first time since I started chemo. And of course we discovered a leak in the basement after 8pm today. A pressure regulating valve has been slowly failing for a while it seems. And the cut off valve beneath it has failed. I have taught myself enough about plumbing to know what needs to happen but I don't have the experience with copper pipes to do the work myself. Since the water heater looks beyond its useful life it probably makes sense to replace that too. Oh well, who wanted to go into the office anyway?
