Two years ago...
Two years ago I first visited my dad's office, and two years I wrote my name on his dry erase board. It read, "Marlene C =)". Smiley face and all.
Today, two years later, I decided to go to his office again. Mostly it was because he has high speed internet and our home dialup decided to stop working, but you know, it's always fun to be Daddy's little girl again. I'm still not sure what's my view on having people come and say "Is that your daughter?! She looks just like you!", considering that he is, in fact, a 50 year old male... but that's besides that point.
Today, August 7, 2006, I looked at that board again, and my name was still there. Just like I left it two years ago.
