Nesting, Playset, Dream, etc...

t's been a good week...Busy, but good. I've been quite busy with procuring items for Natalie's preschool auction in February. By the deadline, I'll have 10 items turned in. I've never been this involved before. In the years past, I've always just done the minimum, but this year, it's like I can't stop calling places! It's always like the nesting pregnancy hormones that I've been getting already have made their way to the preschool too, lol! It's crazy!

I just mentioned "nesting"...that's GOT to be it already because I can't stop cleaning and organizing! And I'm usually not a big cleaner! I mean, I'll keep my house presentable and such, but don't usually go overboard with the cleaning until it really NEEDS to be done. Not anymore...I'm cleaning and organizing just for the heck of it, and it's driving ME nuts, but I can't stop myself, LOL! Jeff is sure liking it though, lol!

My computer still isn't fixed. Actually, it's still sitting in the garage waiting to get fixed. We're having to wait on that because it will be several hundred dollars to fix, and we need to concentrate on more important things with our money right now. And so since Jeff's letting me use his lap top, that'll do for now.

The kids are super excited. One of Jeff's friends from work sold us a play structure for cheap because he doesn't use it. He's not married and has no kids, but had the play structure simply because it came with the house that he had baught. Jeff and I originally found one on freecycle, but it was already taken by the time I got back to the lady who was giving it away. So out of casual conversation (Jeff didn't even know that his friened had one) Tom said that he'd sell us his. So that was our big project this weekend...picking it up and setting it up in our back yard. It took both days to do...It's an awesome play structure! It's got 2 swings, a trapese (sp?), monkey bars, a 8 foot wavy slide, and a "fort" type thing with a canapoe on it. Combined with the sand box that we already have, the kids have no reason to go to the park now to play, lol!

Kyle is happy as a lark...He has two loose teeth! The top two center teeth. He's been waiting for this for quite a while now, as all of his friends have been loosing teeth, and he's been just dying to loose them too. It's been pretty cute watching hi\m check his teeth wach night before bed. I don't remember as a kid actually WANTING to loose teeth so badly, lol.

Well, it's getting close to 2:am, and I really should try and go back to sleep. Jeff's pulling an all-nihter at work to earn some extra money, so I'm sure that's part of the reason why I'm not sleeping well. Plus I woke up from a horrible nightmare about two of my good friends from back in college...the dream was that the three of us were at my grandma's house, and they were acting funny. All of a sudden, they both turned into vampires, and were chasing after me, trying to kill me! Thank goodness that Kyle getting up to use the bathroom woke me up! I'm glad that I didn't get to finish that dream! I just hope that it doesn't come back when I go back to sleep. The hormones with this pregnancy have caused me to have many nightmares over the past several weeks! Much more so than any other pregnancy! It's really bizzare!
