for any of you that's ever had a kidney stone (yea yea... its all i'm talkin about right now... but if you knew the pain that comes with it, you wouldn't blame me :-P) man... you know what it feels like, and how much you love pain meds :P
seems that i have really narrow ureters... 'cause after a bit more than a week, the stone hadn't passed... so my urologist decided to put a stent in via surgery to widen my ureter, and i'm getting it removed thursday via surgery again. is it sad that having surgery doesn't bother me?... its not really scary? ah well
but in the big picture... to my suprise, i'm not really deperessed abotu it er anything... worried about anatomy and physiology a bit...but even then, not really, seein as how my prof will completely understand, and there won't be a fuss to get my test retaken...but the subject material is just amazingly AWESOME (yes, i'm still the old geek from HS with this stuff i was ;);) ) lol, i come home from class jazzed and buzzin...just ask mom :P
so yea... just a quick update... i've been too groggy and tender to be on the compter that much... hence the gap... but as far as everything else goes... i'm happy :) the depression thing isn't such a big deal... but i would like the stone to be GONE... at least if i have kids one day.. .it'll be nothing :-P as apparently from every woman i've talked to that's had kids and stones, that the stones were worse by a HUGE margin... :-P so i have that goin for me ;)
