MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
I had the bsst christmas eve ive had in a while...my mom and my dad went to midnight mass...it was really cool, and the sermon was amazing, it was about a girl who was a stripper to keep her kids fed, and eventually through some work with the church, became a bartender, which was actually a big step up, and she told my priest that as a result..."my kids will have a better life than i had" and in true amazing father phil fashion he turned it into a theological lesson about how the birth of jesus was God's way of saying..."My children will have it better than i had" i thought that was very cool, but i also went to the church i spent my childhood in, i saw alot of my retreat kids that ive lead over the last few years, and i even saw a couple of people i went to gradeschool with, and it's strange because, i finally realized, that as much as i hated those people when i went there, and dreaded going to school, i finally realized that, i dont give a shit about what anyone in that place thinks anymore, i know that seems really small, but it was a big deal and especially in a place that hated anything different and i was not exactly the norm...ha i also saw the girl i had a crush on from kindergarten until 8th grade...ha weird...her name was lauren, i guess i do know alot of those ashley...anyways, merry christmas everybody, and have an amazing new year, i know i will...
