naming of future children
it's always a bit fun to read about what people will name their future children if they have some. some of the names are family names, passed down from one relative to the next. some are fashionable names graced by famous people of the moment. some others are names to which the parents have something meaningful attach to it.
for me...i gave a little thought about what i would like to name my eventual children. but why do i have to name them after dead famous people who were drug addicts?! haha. the names are Gia for a girl and River for a boy. if you dont know who i'm referring to...it is gia carangi and river phoenix. gia was a model who battled drug addiction, like river phoenix who had also fell for those lethal substances. personally i find these two names so lovely and sadly poetic, probably an effect from the people who had those names.
if i do name my future children these names...i wonder if they will one day hate me for it. =T oh well, too bad!
