Summary: One day Remus left and when he finally came back, he no longer saw the world that Sirius did.
Oh MAN this is such a creative muggle AU, and the world it's in is built up really beautifully. The language is flowing but precise, and the characters are great-James and Lily are funny and in love, Sirius is cynical and makes me go D: , and oh my god Remus. This story uses canon lycanthropy as a parallel for all sorts of ~othered~ disabilities in a muggle AU, and it is SO GREAT. And the way Remus puts it all is SO GREAT.
Note in re tags: They don't actually *meet* as adults, but re-meet as adults.
