Despite my acceptance of not liking to cook, I still somehow have to eat food every day. I still have some groceries left. So here's another one!
Baked Peppers with Eggs
Ingredients:
- 1 pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tomato
- Sweet and hot sauce
Tools:
- Knife
- Pan
- Oven
Slice the top off the pepper to make a cup and a lid. Scrape out the seeds.
Crack the egg directly into the pepper.
Dice the tomato and fit as much of it as you can into the pepper. Put the "lid" back on.
Place the pepper on the pan and bake the mixture on low heat until the egg is solid-ish, then let pepper cool, dump some sweet and hot sauce on it, and eat it.
I ended up finding it a little bland, so I put some spaghetti sauce on it. I had some left from a previous adventure in eating, so I figured I'd use it up.
