...I lost weight! I finally weighed myself at the gym yesterday and found that I lost about 4 lbs! And that was at the end of the day, with all my clothes on! Yay!!
So, in celebration of that discovery, I decided to try to back squat with the same amount of weight as my weight. The result? I got 2 out of 3 reps, which was a fail for that particular work out...=(
But hey, I lost weight! =)
