I saw So Many Dynamos, Laura Stevenson and the Cans, Andrew Jackson Jihad, and Bomb the Music Industry! all in the past few days. They were all amazing. AJJ played their whole new album front-to-back, BTMI! covered Rancid and Neutral Milk Hotel and played most of their best songs, and the other two bands were just really good; So Many Dynamos played a longer set than I've ever seen them play and had me dancing and smiling throughout (as usual), and Laura Stevenson and the Cans played a lot of songs that aren't on their album, most of which were better than the ones on said album, which is already good. Only letdown was that they were sold out of BTMI!/Cans 7" at the show, but I guess I can just buy it online. General good times from Friday evening to today with friends new and old were had as well, but I am happy to be back home so I can sleep in a bed instead of on other people's couches.
