What has it done to you... to your mind?
I recorded and uploaded a new electronic track called "receptor sites" to can-ist-er.com and the can.ist.er MySpace page.
It's my first song to include any stolen voice samples, and it's much more sparse than anything I've done before - though (hat tip) it's not nearly as pure and elegantly unnerving as Skincage.
I used mainly quotes from Timothy Leary's various interviews and John Hagelin's talk at UC Berkeley. By the time I was done with the editing, I was genuinely frightened, and still am. If you hear these two enough times, you just start to wonder...
